This is presumbably the last Mister Chief drawn by Frank O’connor(Frankie), because he (Frankie NOT Mister Chief
) left Bungie to work for Microsoft. Don’t worry Frankie will not abandon HALO (like he could 
), in his new job he’ll continue to work on the HALO franchise, because Frankie is going to be the Franchise Development Director
